At Cali Raised LED, we stand by the quality of our premium apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
